There is a restocking fee on all returns and exchanges, 15% for all orders. Please contact us if you require more details on a product before ordering.

Clothing may only be returned or exchanged if it is unworn with original tags intact.

If you are dissatisfied with merchandise purchased from Psychedelic Rebels, you must contact us within 10 business days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Returns & exchanges must be received within 10 business days of contact with representative.

 

Customers must have had an interaction with a representative, if you have not received instructions from us do not send your product back. Once instructed to do so, you will be responsible for sending the item to us.  Claims for missing or incorrect items or damaged shipments must be made within 10 business days of receipt. If your package is a gift intended for a later date, you must inspect the contents for damage or any missing items upon receipt.

Depending on the case, we will ship the missing, defective or replacement item at no extra cost to the original Ship To address on the order.
